- Go to our track & trace page, here.
- Enter your waybill number in the provided field once on the tracking page
- Click on “track”
What is my "Waybill Number"?
Your waybill number is the “PNJ” number found in the tracking email sent upon dispatch of your order. If you have not received this email in your inbox, please do have a look at the spam/junk boxes in case your tracking email has been routed there instead.
Alternatively, you can also just click on the tracking link within the email you received and this too should direct you to your order tracking page which includes all the current tracking events.
